A livid girlfriend became so angry with her partner following a heated argument that she smashed her pickup truck through a shop window to chase after him, according to police.
Tasha Marie Bradley was said to have got into an argument with her boyfriend in the car park of a busy store in Nashville, US, on Monday night.
The 33-year-old and her boyfriend exchanged heated words in the parking lot on Clifton Avenue before Bradley allegedly smashed her pickup truck through the Family Dollar store to chase after her boyfriend.
Bradley was chasing after her partner when she rammed into the building, police said.
She then drove the truck "around in the store attempting to locate the victim", according to the police, after he apparently ran inside.
Bradley fled the scene after she used her car as a weapon against the man and wound up driving into the store.
Police were able to catch up with her shortly after the crash and take her into custody.
Bradley was then arrested after reportedly causing upward of $250,000 in damage to the Family Dollar store.
A photograph of the aftermath shows the shop window completely smashed, with debris and damaged goods seemingly going all the way to the back of the store.
Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said in a statement on Tuesday (May 9): "Tasha Marie Bradley, 33, is being charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and felony vandalism after an argument with her boyfriend in the parking lot of Family Dollar on Clifton Ave led to Bradley driving her pickup truck around in the store attempting to locate the victim."
Bradley is also reportedly facing charges including robbery and driving with a suspended licence and is being held on a bond of USD 377,000 (GBP 300,000).
