A raging taxi driver has been hit with a bill of almost £3,000 after refusing to pay £4 for parking.
Atif Amin, 49, of Muirhouse Park, saw red when he was told by parking wardens at Glasgow Airport that he had to pay £4 for parking and repeatedly punched the payment machine.
Adamant that his disability parking badge allowed him free entry into the NCP car park, the father of two smashed the display screen of the payment machine with a torch, causing £2700 worth of damage.
