A 'fuming' dad has vowed to boycott Hays Travel after he was left with just $28 to spend in New York City.

Michael Hulme suffered several panic attacks after arriving in the Big Apple to find his booked hotel 'hadn't been paid'.

Prior to leaving for New York, Michael, 59, had booked a £1,168 package through Hays Travel.
