Tottenham face lower league opposition once more in the FA Cup as they look to continue a run at their most likely chance of winning a trophy this season. Having beaten Portsmouth in the third round with a solid 1-0 win against the League One outfit they now face Preston North End.
Spurs will be travelling north to face their Championship opponents knowing that last year's finalists Chelsea are already out of the competition, whilst one of Manchester City or Arsenal will also be exiting at this stage as they face each other on Friday night. It therefore offers Antonio Conte's men a genuine chance of winning some silverware.
Conte himself has already won the competition and has reached the final in all of his full seasons in England, losing to Arsenal as Chelsea boss in 2017 before beating Manchester United in the 2018 final, his last game as Blues boss. If he was to be victorious with Tottenham it would be their first major trophy since 2008.
