A quirky converted oast house set in 13 acres of the East Sussex countryside is for sale with John D. Wood & Co. for £2.25 million.
The seven-bedroom property, called Springhill, was built as an oast house in the early 1900s and converted into a home in the 1970s. Under its current owners, who bought the house in 2014, it has been given a chic, modern makeover.
