A number of postcodes in and around Merseyside are seeing delays in DPD and Yodel deliveries.
Many people will be waiting for parcels from the delivery companies and hoping they will arrive in time for Christmas. Last week, DPD temporarily stopped delivering to a number of Merseyside postcodes.
The company said there were delays to its next-day delivery service because of the industrial action. Today, DPD has listed a number of postcodes in and around the region which are facing delays due to "an unexpected issue", according to its website.

People in the city and across Merseyside have also said they have experienced parcel delays with Evri also. The delivery company said they are experiencing "short, localised delays" during the festive period due to the "high Christmas volumes".
Posting to its website, Evri said: "We’re sorry that some of you are experiencing short, localised delays in receiving your parcels. Like other parcel delivery companies, we are seeing some service delays caused by high Christmas volumes, additional parcels in our network due to Royal Mail strikes, staff shortages, and severe weather conditions.
"Please bear with us. We’re currently delivering more than 3 million parcels a day and our teams across the country are working hard to make sure parcels are delivered in time for Christmas."
Royal Mail workers are also set to strike again on Friday, December 23 and Saturday, December 24 and delays to letters and parcels are likely.
