Leeds United announced the appointment of Jesse Marsch as the club's new head coach on Monday evening.
The squad have had several days to get to know the American coach, who stated in his Thursday afternoon press conference that he planned to change things immediately.
Marsch spoke glowingly of the reverential Marcelo Bielsa whom he replaced, but insisted he had enlisted the team with a new formation and new tactics to learn ahead of this weekend's fixture with Leicester City.
