After a string of offseason moves, the Golden State Warriors will look rather different to begin the new season.
Chris Paul is the Warriors’ big-name addition from a busy summer. Regardless of what role he’s set to play, he will be a ceiling raiser. Jordan Poole has been sent to the Washington Wizards in the hope that the locker room can now find unity and balance.
A new NBA season is fast approaching; a little less than two months remain until training camp gets underway. On Thursday, the league released the Warriors’ 82-game schedule, which is sure to get Warriors fans excited about the season ahead.
Golden State will open its season against Kevin Durant of the Phoenix Suns, and will not have to wait long for its first shot at the 2023 NBA champions. The Warriors are scheduled to face the Denver Nuggets on Nov. 8. However, Warriors fans will need to wait for their first shot at revenge against the Los Angeles Lakers, as they will not face LeBron James and Co. until Jan. 27, 2024.
