Fulham vs Tottenham LIVE: Premier League result, latest updates and fan reaction

Fulham vs Tottenham LIVE

Tottenham's relegation fears increased after a 2-1 loss at Fulham consigned them to a fourth consecutive Premier League defeat. Spurs lost for a second time under interim head coach Igor Tudor, who switched to a back four for this London derby but watched his faltering group go behind after seven minutes.

Harry Wilson scored for a 10th time this season, but Tottenham were furious a push by Raul Jimenez on Radu Dragusin was not penalised. Fulham doubled their advantage in the 34th minute when ex-Arsenal midfielder Alex Iwobi fired in from range to leave the visitors with a huge uphill battle.

Spurs substitute Richarlison pulled one back after 65 minutes, but a late rally could not stop the club's winless run in the Premier League extending to a record-equalling 10th match with the 16th-placed outfit still only four points above the bottom three. Read the game back below with our dedicated match blog, featuring expert insight and analysis from Sam Tabuteau at Craven Cottage.

Kick-off!

1min: Here we go!

13:58 , Alex Young

Here come the teams.

Why Djed Spence is not playing today

13:43 , Alex Young

Djed Spence has been ruled out of Tottenham’s trip to Fulham with a calf injury, reports Sam Tabuteau.

The versatile defender was absent from the matchday squad at Craven Cottage on Sunday, prompting fresh injury concerns.

Standard Sport understands that Spence is suffering what is considered a very minor calf injury.

It remains unclear when Spence will be able to return. Spurs are next in action at home to Crystal Palace on Thursday, March 5.

Igor Tudor to Sky Sports

13:36 , Alex Young

"[Fulham] are a good quality team with good players and a good coach."

“[We must] do the right things and what we prepared on the training. It is key to start on the basics, not concede a goal, run, and fight.”

Latest match odds

Marco Silva to Sky Sports

13:27 , Alex Young

"We don't prepare our games by looking at the position our opponent is. It is about ourselves and what we have to do.

“It is important to not underestimate any team in the league."

More injury worries for Tottenham, it seems, with Djed Spence not involved in the matchday squad. Spurs now have 10 players missing through injury and suspension.

Porro’s return from injury has softened the blow somewhat for Tudor, who has opted to play Kolo Muani and Solanke together. Today's game against Fulham is a must-win as Spurs look to stave off relegation fears.

So, with good news comes bad for Spurs.

Van de Ven has shaken off a small injury to start, and is joined by Porro in the back line. Back, too, is Danso on the bench, but there is no Spence.

That means Gray will deputise at left-back as Palhinha moves into midfield. There are two goalkeepers on the bench for Spurs, alongside Sarr, Richarlison and Tel.

Bobb makes his first Premier League start for Fulham, replacing Kevin who has been sidelined.

Elsewhere, Andersen is replaced by Diop.

Team news to come in just over five minutes. Will Porro and/or Danso start for Spurs?

Not much has changed

12:30 , Alex Young

Last time these two teams met, back in November, Spurs had just been thumped 4-1 by Arsenal.

Not much has changed in the three and a half months since, apart from Thomas Frank was finally sacked.

Tottenham lost 2-1, having conceded twice in the opening six minutes - the second following a moment of madness by goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario.

An early strike by Kenny Tete and Harry Wilson's sublime lob put Frank's team immediately on the back foot and, despite Mohammed Kudus' 59th-minute effort, Tottenham slumped to their fourth defeat in six Premier League games.

Marco Silva on Tottenham

12:21 , Alex Young

"The last two home games [against them], the result went our way. The last away game we won, the second to last away game we drew ... we have to prove again our quality, what we are capable to do.

"I know that the position they are in is below their standards, this season has not been the best, but I have enough experience and maturity to know that sometimes it's so tricky to have these types of games, that you can't underestimate a group of players and a club that wants to react.

"And let's hope we don't give them a good day for them to react ... Me, my players, and I hope our fans, we don't go in a direction to underestimate them, because it's going to be a big mistake. I'm 100 per cent sure we are not going to do it, because the respect is there.

"We won the last games against them because we were better, and we should prove it on the pitch again on Sunday if we want to win the game."

Tudor calls on Tottenham 'soldiers' after inheriting unique situation

12:08 , Alex Young

We are only one game into Igor Tudor’s reign as Tottenham head coach yet already this feels like a pivotal week in his interim stewardship.

With Fulham and Crystal Palace to come, Spurs desperately need to pick up points over the next five days as they sit precariously above the relegation zone.

Four points ahead of 18th place West Ham and off the back of a humbling 4-1 defeat to Arsenal in the north London Derby, Tudor is already beginning to feel the pressure.

The Croat has quickly become accustomed to the same issues that befell his predecessors.

Spurs’ players are not physically fit enough, as per Tudor’s own admission, while he believes his strong opinions regarding the club’s injury crisis, are best kept to himself.

Tudor is learning that while he has built a reputation on getting immediate results in trying circumstances at his previous clubs, he has inherited a uniquely difficult situation at Spurs.

The task on his hands is, he admits, already more difficult than he anticipated.

Score prediction

11:56 , Alex Young

Tottenham are without a Premier League win in 2026 and have now lost three matches in a row.

There is an argument that Fulham’s rather erratic form does give Spurs a glimmer of hope for getting a much needed result in the London derby.

However, we expect the hosts to take full advantage of their rivals’ current plight and secure all three points.

Fulham to win, 2-0.

Early Tottenham team news

11:49 , Alex Young

Pedro Porro and Kevin Danso returned to training for Tottenham during the week, handing Igor Tudor a welcome injury boost.

That said, the Croatian tactician still cannot call upon the likes of Destiny Udogie, Mohammed Kudus, Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Bergvall because of injury. Cristian Romero serves the penultimate game of his four-match suspension.

Dominic Solanke, though, could return to the starting line-up after being a substitute against Arsenal, and Richarlison’s return to fitness allows for Tudor to freshen up the attack.

Early Fulham team news

11:42 , Alex Young

Fulham could be handed a triple fitness boost for the London derby as Antonee Robinson, Samuel Chukwueze and Sasa Lukic may all be available for selection.

Chukwueze has not featured since the 3-0 loss to Man City because of a calf issue, while a thigh problem has sidelined Lukic since the 1-0 loss to Fulham in mid January.

Marco Silva, however, has confirmed Kevin will miss out after undergoing surgery on a metatarsal injury sustained against Sunderland.
