Want to get into fashion content creation, but don’t know how to film a fit check or photograph your OOTD to save your life? Listen up friends, because I’m about to inform you of a masterclass you probably didn’t know existed. Fujifilm House of Photography is hosting a suite of ‘Shoot Your Style’ sessions wherein you’ll learn the ins and outs of shooting scroll-stopping content.
Led by fashion photographer and content creator Danielle Castano, the hands-on photography workshops will teach you how to capture your outfits with ~pizzazz~. It’s running at Chadstone Shopping Centre on Saturday March 14, and limited spots are available to reserve on Eventbrite.
Each session runs for 30 minutes, and the best part? It’s free to book!

Guests attending the photography workshop are encouraged to come with a buddy, so you can use each other as models/personal photographers while you learn how to photograph one another in and around the Shoot Your Style Booth. The booth acts as both a styled backdrop and creative prop, so you can let loose and get experimental with poses and shots. It also features illustrations from renowned illustrator Megan Hess, so you’ll be able to see her drawings up close.
During the workshop, Castano will be helping guide you through angles, lighting, framing and composition, so you’ll leave knowing how to take the perfect photo. You’ll also get to put your newly learned skills to the test with Fujifilm’s cameras, which are available to try at the pop-up. At the end of the session, you’ll receive printed and digital copies of your pics so you always have a reference point to go back to.
There’s also prizes up for grabs. If you share your experience at your Shoot Your Style session on Instagram, you’ll go in the running to win a $1,500 Fujifilm House of Photography gift card and two tickets to Creator Summit: Powered by Fujifilm X | GFX, which is coming to Melbourne for the first time in May 2026 (more on that here).
Places for the Shoot Your Style workshop are on a first come, first serve basis. Sessions run from 12:30pm to 5:30pm on March 14, and once session times are full, there will be a waitlist to attend.
Can’t make it on March 14 to one of the workshops? The interactive pop-up will be sticking around Chadstone until Sunday, March 22, so you can pop in and try out Fujifilm’s range of cameras whenever it suits you.
I hope to see you pop up on my algorithm soon!
