FTSE 100 Live: House price growth slows, stock markets end quarter lower

Recession fears have left European stock markets deep in the red at the end of a turbulent half year for investors.

Housebuilders are among the FTSE 100 stocks under pressure after Nationwide reported slowing house price growth, with the monthly change of 0.3% down from 0.9% in May.
