Fans have slammed Neighbourhood Festival over reports people queued outside for hours on end and still didn't make it inside to see their favourite acts. Crowds descended on Manchester for the annual festival last weekend, which sees bands perform at 13 venues across the city.
Some ticket holders complained they had queued outside some venues for as long as three hours, only to be left disappointed when the venues hit 'maximum capacity' and stopped allowing people inside and instead started operating a one-in, one-out operation.
However the festival has reiterated that they anticipated high demand for certain acts and 'carefully planned set times' whilst also alerting ticket holders of the latest queue updates through their app and social media pages.
