Business advisory firm FRP has moved into its new Glasgow office at The Beacon, 176 St Vincent Street.
The move follows FRP’s appointment of partners Michelle Elliot and Stuart Robb in 2021, and will see a 13-strong team now based in the city.
Elliot said: “Having an on-the-ground presence in the heart of Glasgow now means we can take that a step further as we create a space where our team can come together and collaborate, as well as providing an opportunity for us to meet with clients and contacts across the professional services community.”
Savills and joint agents Avison Young acted on behalf of the landlord, Robt. Jones Holdings, completing the letting of the 2nd floor suite.
The deal sees FRP take more than 2,000 sq ft on a five-year lease.
Colin McGhee, associate director in the office agency team at Savills Glasgow, said: “Following a meticulous refurbishment programme to deliver a much-needed Grade A office accommodation to Glasgow, we are delighted to complete the letting to FRP, a well-established business who are growing their Glasgow presence.”
The Beacon has recently undergone a refurbishment programme, with a new energy efficient air-conditioning system, an enhanced EPC rating of B, communal shower facilities and a remodelled reception.
