The biggest names in Latin music are coming together in Miami for what organizers hope will become one of the largest humanitarian concerts ever staged for Venezuela, reviving a tradition of star-powered benefit events that stretches from Live Aid to Venezuela Aid Live.
Scheduled for Aug. 16 at Kaseya Center, Unidos por Venezuela will combine a live concert with a nationally televised telethon to raise money for survivors of the devastating earthquakes that struck Venezuela in June, leaving thousands dead, injured and displaced while destroying entire communities.
