Japanese artist Takashi Murakami is renowned for his rainbow vision of the world, which brings together the worlds of anime, sexuality and Japanese trauma surrounding contemporary events for a vibrant and disconcerting trip.
The artist - who is known for his self-coined ‘superflat’ style - is also a long-running favourite of Hollywood’s elite ranging from avid art collector Leonardo Di Caprio through to Kanye West.
