A mother has revealed her anguish over how and when to tell her young daughter she had been targeted by a deepfake image creator who distributed sexualised pictures.

A string of women and schoolgirls have shared their stories after AI-rendered nudes or sexualised pictures were emailed by former software developer Antonio Rotondo.
