Friends of Love Island star Paige Thorne have again spoken out in her defence as recently dumped islanders speak about her outside the villa. The Welsh paramedic has had an interesting journey in the ITV2 dating show having first been paired with Luca Bish by the public.
However it was clear from the beginning the pair wouldn't become a romantic couple and Paige's luck changed when rugby player Jacques O'Neill, who happens to be the ex of Gemma Owen who is now coupled with Luca, entered the Mallorcan villa. They appeared to hit it off and were getting on famously until Casa Amor.
And after Jacques tested his feelings for Paige by getting close to new girl Cheyanne Kerr, things never recovered and in emotional scenes, the 23-year-old quit the villa of his own accord in order to get "back to himself". He promised to wait for Paige, saying he'd be at the airport to pick her up.

However, she has since got closer to returning islander Adam Collard with the pair becoming 'exclusive' in scenes aired on the show last week. But it appears it's not just the boys Paige has had a few troubles with.
Coco Lodge, who caused a stir when she got close to Andrew Le Page during Casa Amor, has revealed she has unresolved drama with Paige after claiming she found out the paramedic didn’t like her ‘vibes’.
Coco, 27, was booted out of the villa last week without finding love but it seems that it wasn’t just romantic relationships that were causing her problems. Taking to TikTok, Coco opened up about ‘issues’ with current islander Paige, 24. She said she wasn’t aware of any problems with the Welsh contestant until after she was axed.
"She had some sort of issue with me, or whatever, where she told someone she didn’t like my vibe. I’ve actually only just found this out," she told her followers. Coco also claimed Paige had "got annoyed" when someone drew a comparison between their appearances, saying: "She didn’t want to look like me."
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday night (July 27), a post on Paige's Story from a friend running her account while in the villa appeared to address the drama. "Told myself I wouldn't say anything but here I am lol..." the note started.
"Please remember there are two sides to every story. It's very easy to talk about someone who cannot defend themselves," it went on. "Those who know and love Paige know she's an amazing person and I for one couldn't be more proud of her."
