Two friends decided to host their own music festival in a field in Wales as a way to bring their close friends together following the coronavirus pandemic. Roshan Gurung, who is from Brecon but lives in Bristol, teamed up with his best mate Sam in order to create a memorable event in Roshan's hometown.
The idea behind the event came about when the two friends, who work in the music business, decided that they couldn't go for another year without a festival after many Covid restrictions meant that music events were unable to take place over the past two years. A video documenting the work behind the event has gone viral on TikTok with more than 173,000 likes so far.
According to Roshan – who also goes by the name of Oh My Rosh as his DJ and producer name – organising such a huge event was not easy. But he was determined to host an event which would bring all his friends together.
