Two friends on a night out in Nottingham crashed into a brick wall during a late night e-scooter ride. The clip of Jenni Morley and an unnamed pal has since been viewed millions of times.
Jenni, from Nottingham, was part of a group celebrating a birthday when they were offered a rented scooter by a passerby. But as 31-year-old Jenni tried to cling on the back behind her pal who was driving, she reached to hang on to the handle, which turned the accelerator and inadvertently sped them up.
In the clip, both Jenni and her school friend of 25 years career out of control across the pavement and desperately try to stop the vehicle with their feet before smashing into a concrete wall.

The duo are sent flying backwards and clumsily fall on top of each other in a heap - where Jenni bashed her head against the floor but otherwise escaped unscathed. After posting the video on social media two weeks ago, the footage filmed by the duo's pal Katie attracted more than 5.3million views and more than 23,000 likes and comments.
Jenni said: "We're always having a laugh every time we get together. "We'd gone out into town for a birthday celebration to do an escape room. Someone had passed us one of the scooters that you can hop on and off.
"We were going back to the train and one of the girls had a go on the scooter. I said 'I'll get on with you then' as a laugh. We ended up crashing into the wall. I'd only ever been on one of the scooters in Lanzarote. They're fast.
"I've not a clue [how we crashed]. My friend let go of the handle you control it with. I grabbed the handle to hold on [and] without realising at the time it sped it back up as my friend tried to stop the scooter and we were avoiding pedestrians.
"It just so happened that the camera was out at the same time. Katie [our friend who filmed from the sidelines] must have seen it coming."
The fun-loving pair swiftly hauled themselves off the floor in time to dash for their train home so they could hit their local pubs - thankfully with no injuries. Later that night, Jenni showed her husband Kieran the footage, but only decided to post it on Facebook after finding it funnier each time she watched it back.
Jenni said: "My friend took her hands off and I was still holding on which sped it up a bit. I was on the back. You see my glasses fly back about 10 yards behind me.
"There were no injuries at all. No medical requirements at all. Nobody was hurt. There was no time to even think about what happened because the train was due in two minutes. Luckily we made the train. It was very full.
"When I showed my husband Kieran found it hilarious when he saw the video. We stopped in my house while waiting for the others then went into our local to finish the night off. "We've had comments about how funny it was. It's had five million views in nine days now."
