Fresh Property Group strikes deal to manage 693-bed Nottingham student scheme

Fresh Nottingham Conygar

Accommodation provider Fresh has been chosen to operate a new 693-bed student scheme in Nottingham’s Island Quarter.

The Conygar Investment Company said it had picked the firm to run the student site on the Manvers Street side of the 36-acre regeneration scheme.

Work on site is currently underway, with the accommodation set to be available for students from the start of the 2024/25 academic year.
