Nottingham Forest face transfer competition from Lazio for Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi, it is claimed.
The 22-year-old rose through the West London club's youth academy before making his first senior appearance for the Blues during in 2018 during an FA Cup clash against Newcastle United. He has made more than 70 appearances for Chelsea.
The winger spent the second half of the season in Germany on-loan at Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen but failed to settle having provided just a single assist whilst also failing to score a goal during his time there.

The Daily Mail, report that Chelsea want £10million for his services, with Forest named as the club interested in signing the former England international. But according to Italian radio station Radiosei they face competition from Lazio, as reported by Inside Futbol.
It has been claimed that former Blues boss Maurizio Sarri and club president Claudio Lotito identified Hudson-Odoi as a potential winger option in a recent meeting. It is also claimed that having previously worked with Sarri at Stamford Bridge could swing the deal in Lazio's favour.
One factor that may work in Forest's favour is that they have successfully retained their top-flight status for another season. Therefore, a return to the Premier League may be more appealing.
