Toulouse full-back Thomas Ramos proved too much for the Cell C Sharks in the Champions Cup quarter-final on Saturday - individually outscoring the entire South African outfit during a 54-20 victory at Stade Ernest Wallon.
The France international notched up 29 points to send Toulouse into the last four, registering two tries, three penalties and five conversions with the scorers.
However, it was a piece of skill while the match was still scoreless that really captured the eye - with a nonchalant side-footed football pass on his own goal-line to team-mate Romain Ntamack.
The incredible moment occurred after Sharks' fly-half Curwin Bosch kicked behind the retreating Ramos early on in the match.
But rather than pick up the ball and try to clear his lines while under pressure from Springboks centre Lukhanyo Am, he opted to just kick-pass the rolling ball across to Ntamack - leaving the fly-half to kick for touch instead.
"Well, that's maybe the sort of skill that does belong on the other side of the city at the football stadium," said BT Sport commentator Martin Gillingham.
His co-commentator, former France international Benjamin Kayser, could only laugh incredulously at Ramos' piece of skill on his own line.
"Thomas Ramos has had that a bit of that footballing inspiration," added Kayser, still chuckling. "Look at that, not even a worry in the world. Just football passes the ball to Ntamack."
Social media users were similarly impressed.
One tweeted: “Thomas Ramos might as well have a cigar in one hand and a glass of red in the other.
“So nonchalant, not a worry in the world," said another.
Five-time winners Toulouse will now face four-time champions Leinster at Aviva Stadium in the semi-finals.
