Customers have been invited to enjoy a free glass of fizz when a new Beefeater grill opens in Nottinghamshire. The Dukes, in Ryton View, near High Grounds Road in Worksop, officially opens on Tuesday, November 15.
But the following weekend, all customers who have booked will be given a free glass of fizz on Saturday, November 19. Managers say diners can enjoy £5 cocktails from 5pm to 7pm, and there will be live music to mark the occasion.
A spokeswoman for the chain said: "Beefeater has been serving guests for nearly 50 years, but The Dukes marks the first to open in over a year, bringing its ethos of great steak and friendly service in relaxed surroundings to Worksop.

"Masters of the grill, expect flavoursome dishes with the new winter menu, ranging from 30-day aged steaks, sourced from British and Irish farms for the tenderest of cuts, and hand-crafted burgers made using quality cuts of flank, chuck and short rib with a touch of bone marrow, to a selection of grill combos including vegetarian and vegan choices.
A Sunday roast is also on the menu with 'bottomless' Yorkshire Puddings and roast potatoes. "Value for money is at the heart of Beefeater with a whole host of great offers and set menus.
"Early risers can look forward to Beefeater’s unlimited cooked or continental breakfast from just £9.50, with kids eating for free, while from Monday-Friday, enjoy the weekday daytime menu with two courses for only £9.95 and Beefeater’s new evening set menu from £14.95, served from 5pm, with choices including freshly prepared Rump steak and the flavoursome vegetarian Mixed Vegetable Grill combo," the spokeswoman said.
For adults, the bar serves a range of craft beers and there's an outdoor terrace garden for the warmer months. Beefeater, a chain of pubs set up in 1974 owned by Whitbread, gets its name because of the menu's beef offering. It is thought to be a slightly more upmarket option over Whitbread's Brewers Fayre chain.
