NSW ambulances will become mobile billboards as paramedics ratchet up their campaign to get pay on par with interstate colleagues.

The promised "five weeks of fury" will include work bans and highly visible civil disobedience.

Paramedics will also offer city workers free CPR lessons from 8am on Friday in Sydney's Martin Place.
