Free clothes being given away to Glasgow students to provide support amid cost of living crisis

Free clothes are being offered to students in Glasgow to help amid the cost of living crisis.

Glasgow Clyde College has launched stores at three campuses with the Re:Store shop based in Cardonald Campus while individual exchange spaces in Anniesland and Langside Campuses have also been set up. Staffed by students, the shop offers clothing and household goods for free.

Many of the volunteers have faced challenges in their education, are refugees and asylum seekers studying English or have Additional Support Needs and want to support others in the community.
