During Saturday night’s preseason victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Miami Dolphins cornerback Trill Williams suffered a torn ACL that will likely cost him the entire 2022 season.
With Williams battling for the third outside cornerback spot in training camp with Keion Crossen and Noah Igbinoghene, the Dolphins may need to turn to the free agent market to find an experienced veteran to compete with them for the role, as head Mike McDaniel hinted after the game.
Luckily for Miami, there are a number of those players that are still unsigned that could help improve their depth at cornerback this year.
