Fred Again teases unreleased Harry Styles song during London show

A new Harry Styles track was teased during producer and DJ Fred Again’s show at Alexandra Palace in London.

The pop star is releasing his fourth studio album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, on Friday 6 March, following its lead single “Aperture”, which was released last month.

Fred Again, real name Frederick Gibson, played the unreleased track – the name of which has not been confirmed – during his headline gig to around 10,000 fans.

Seemingly titled “Coming Up Roses”, it features a string section and Styles, 32, singing the lyrics: “We sleep half the night with your head on my chest, me and you… There’s only me and you.”

Later he sings: “Just for tonight let’s go hangover chasing/ And I’ll talk your ear off about why you’re safe/ As I fumble my words and fall flat on my face to the truth.”

Suffice to say, fans on social media were excited to hear another glimpse at the singer’s next album.

“That’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard I’m unwell,” one fan wrote on TikTok.

“It’s beautiful,” another said, while one remarked: “Wait I’m obsessed he sounds magical.”

Styles is supporting his album with a huge headline tour later this year, which will include 30 dates at New York’s Madison Square Garden and a record-breaking 12 nights at Wembley Stadium.

He will also pull double duty on Saturday Night Live for the second time next weekend, serving as host and musical guest.

Earlier this week, Styles appeared on podcaster and comedian Brittany Broski’s talk show Royal Court where he gave her a pair of headphones so she could also listen to a song from the new album.

Elsewhere during the appearance, he answered a series of questions from Broski about his music, questionable fashion choices and his favourite Shania Twain song (“Honey I’m Home”).

Styles has also been hosting events around the world to give fans an early glimpse of the album, sharing photos of them dancing and celebrating to his Instagram Stories.

He will perform his new music live for the first time at the Brit Awards on Saturday (28 February), ahead of a headline show at the Co-Op Live arena in Manchester on the day the album is released.

Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally is out on Friday 6 March.
