A mum who claimed up to £28,000 in disability benefits was rumbled by investigators after she was caught walking unaided.
Cheryl Topham, 54, Ashton-under-Lyne in Greater Manchester, started claiming Disability Living Allowance legitimately in 1992 after suffering a number of health conditions which impacted her ability to walk and take care of herself.
She also received Employment Support Allowance for a valid reason in 2015, Manchester Evening News reports.
