Two days ago, Frankie surprised his followers with a selfie showing the immediate aftermath of the surgery, complete with a splint on his nose. In the caption, he humorously wrote, 'New nose. Who dis?' His sister Ariana Grande showed her support by commenting, 'perfect in all ways, always !!!!' and Ariana's Wicked costar also complimented Frankie's look.
Frankie later posted a more-healed selfie, revealing that he had taken his 'new nose' out to explore New York City and shared that it enjoyed watching The Wiz.
