Christian Pulisic's Chelsea future continues to be uncertain heading into the summer transfer window. The USMNT star is expected to leave the Premier League side at the end of the season after four years with the club.
Pulisic has struggled with injuries and form this season, restricting opportunities that would come his way. Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter and Frank Lampard have endured torrid times in west London, with none of them giving Pulisic a consisent run in their teams.
The 24-year-old's contract at Stamford Bridge expires at the end of next season, meaning he is one of many Chelsea players expected to leave this summer. Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital need to balance the books after their £600million spend on new arrivals.

Serie A winners Napoli are the latest team linked with a move for the United States international, with AC Milan and Newcastle both previously touted as potential destinations.
Lampard's return to the club in April looked as though it would be the turn of events Pulisic needed to rescue his career at Chelsea. During Lampard's first spell as manager, the winger enjoyed possibly his best period at the club, scoring four goals and assisting another four in nine games during the Premier League's return from the first Covid-19 lockdown.
However, the move hasn't helped kickstart a Pulisic revival. Since his return, Pulisic has only appeared three times. After featuring in his opening two games against Wolves and Brighton, the forward was unused in five straight games.
On Sunday, Pulisic made his first appearance since April 15 with a short cameo off the bench against Manchester City. He replaced Kai Havertz in the 85th minute with Man City's title celebrations in full swing. He made only four touches.
While the outing was short-lived, it could hint that Lampard is swaying towards including Pulisic in the final two games of the season. Chelsea travel to Old Trafford to face Man United on Thursday night before hosting Newcastle on the final day.
With Mauricio Pochettino's arrival imminent, Pulisic will be keen to do everything he can to impress the Argentine if he is to be part of Chelsea's squad next season.
