Frank Lampard believes Chelsea will have no issue with signing players this summer despite the club having an extremely poor season and failing to qualify for the Champions League.
The Blues currently sit 11th in the Premier League and have been managed by three managers this season following the sackings of Thomas Tuchel and Graham Potter. Lampard was appointed on an interim basis but only managed his first win last weekend against Bournemouth.
In truth, it has been an extremely poor campaign and one many will want to forget in a hurry. But with Mauricio Pochettino tipped to take over in the summer and a squad overhaul on the cards, things could soon turnaround for the west Londoners.
