The man accused of knifing four toddlers in France silently sat in the park almost every day for at least a month before his rampage, locals say.
Abdalmasih Hanoun, a Syrian refugee, apparently spent hours sat on benches less than 50 feet from the scene of Thursday’s attack in Annecy.
