Fox News completely misses the point while sucking up to Trump, calls Iranian children ‘sick’ and ‘evil’ for defending the country’s infrastructure

It’s common for Fox News to go to great lengths to support Donald Trump, and they’re doing it again, not surprisingly. A video from the channel, now going viral on X (formerly Twitter), shows two journalists discussing how Iranian women and children are forming human chains and standing in front of power plants in Iran to shield them from U.S. attacks.

As they talk about it, they look down on this action and seem surprised that some of Iran’s most “vulnerable” groups are opposing Trump’s wishes and defending their country and its leaders during their fight for liberation.

Fox News journalists wonder why Iranians are trying to protect their country

In the video, the two Fox News journalists express their surprise that Iranian women and children are forming human shields at power plants. They also suggest that the people are being forced to act by the government, although there’s no evidence to support this. When discussing these groups protecting their country, one journalist even called them “sick” and “evil” for their actions and hinted she was holding back other words, probably profanity.

Here’s what she said: “Think about the juxtaposition between what we’re seeing here and what President Trump and the United States military just did to rescue two of our military men behind enemy lines. President Trump said, ‘No man left behind.’ The Iranian regime… they are willing to sacrifice their own people. They are willing to put them out to slaughter. Then, you look at the contrast here in the United States: the lengths we don’t leave a man behind…So contrast that with these sick, evil… you know what they are willing to do. Can’t say the word on national TV, but you know what I’m talking about.’

Understanding the context of Iranians forming human shields

The women and children forming human chains outside power plants are not doing so without reason. On April 5, 2026, Donald Trump posted a concerning message on Truth Social, threatening to blow up Iran’s infrastructure. He wrote, “Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the F***in’ Strait, you crazy bastards, or you’ll be living in Hell – JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah.”

He continued to exhibit similar behavior after this as well, and on April 7, 2026, made another threatening post, saying he would wipe out Iran’s whole civilization. An excerpt from his Truth Social Post on this day read, “A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don’t want that to happen, but it probably will…We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death will finally end. God Bless the Great People of Iran!”
