THE family of a man who was shot dead has remembered him as a “deeply loved” father and son, as a fourth person was arrested in connection with his death.
William “Billy” Watson, of Armadale, West Lothian, was found wounded and subsequently died at the scene in the town’s Harestanes Road on September 12.
