Four youths wanted by police over antisemitic slurs on Northern Line train

Police investigating an antisemitic verbal attack on a Jewish man are trying to trace four young men.

The victim was on a Northern Line tube at roughly 10.10pm on February 17 when a group of people boarded at Golders Green - a north London area with a large Jewish population - and proceeded to subject him to antisemitic abuse.

They then left the train at Brent Cross.

On Friday, more than four months after the incident, British Transport Police (BTP) launched a public appeal for information about the “antisemitic public order offence”.

They released images of four young men they would like to speak to, whom officers believe “may have information which could help with their investigation”.

Anyone who recognises those pictured are asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 792 of 17 February.
