Transfer deadline day is fast approaching, and from an Arsenal perspective there is still so much left to do.
The Gunners have largely focused on cleaning house so far this January, allowing Flo Balogun, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Pablo Mari and Karl Hein to head out on loan.
Meanwhile Calum Chambers has joined Aston Villa permanently and Sead Kolasinac has had his contract terminated at the Emirates Stadium in order to secure a switch to Marseille.
However, on the incomings front it has been painfully quiet on the red side of North London.
With so many players leaving there are concerns about the depth of squad Arteta will have available to him for the remainder of this campaign.
The likes of Mohamed Elneny and Nicolas Pepe will return from the Africa Cup of Nations by the time Arsenal play Wolves in their next Premier League match, but the numbers in the Gunners squad do still look a little light.
football.london understands that a deal for goalkeeper Matt Turner has been sealed, but that the USMNT stopper won't leave New England Revolution until the summer.
Aside from that though here football.london takes a look at the deals that are set to take place on transfer deadline day.
Nikolaj Moller
Centre-forward Nikolaj Moller impressed so much during his first season with the Arsenal Under-23s last time out that many dubbed him the 'new Zlatan Ibrahimovic '.
The Swede was sent out on loan to German third division side FC Viktoria Koln earlier this campaign, but was recalled after managing three goals in 13 appearances.
With Flo Balogun having headed out on loan there was a school of thought that the 19-year-old could spend the rest of this season battling it out with Mika Biereth for a starting spot in Kevin Betsy's Under-23s up front.
However, instead he now looks likely to be heading out to Holland, where he will spend the remainder of this campaign with Eerste Divisie side FC Den Bosch.
Jack Wilshere
Although not technically an Arsenal player, Jack Wilshere has been training with the Gunners first team on regular occasions at London Colney since October.
There were some suggestions that the England international could be brought back to the Emirates on a short term deal in order to help out with the lack of depth in midfield, but Mikel Arteta was quick to dismiss any chance of that happening.
The 30-year-old is currently away with the Arsenal squad on their mid-season trip to Dubai, but could well be leaving the camp to secure a move to his next club.
A host of Championship sides have shown interest while Italian team Monza, and Greek side AEK Athens are also in the mix football.london understands.
This deal would not necessarily have to take place on deadline day though, as Wilshere is a free agent.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
The big deal concerning Arsenal right now though is surrounding Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
It's just over a month ago that the 32-year-old was an essential part of Mikel Arteta's squad, but since being stripped of the club captaincy in December for disciplinary breaches, he has found himself exiled from the rest of the group, and was not invited on the trip to Dubai.
The Gunners would be willing to let the Gabon international go and have received offers from clubs in Saudi Arabia who would be willing to cover his high salary.
However, Aubameyang would like to stay in Europe and it is thought that Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have both submitted proposals to bring him on loan for the remainder of the season.
If the former Borussia Dortmund striker does end up staying he's unlikely to feature before the end of the campaign at time of writing, so his exit could well be secured on transfer deadline day.
A centre forward
If Aubameyang does end up leaving then there is a chance that Arsenal could look to make a late move to bring in a centre forward on deadline day.
The Gunners were in for Dusan Vlahovic earlier this month, but the Serbian striker's preference was unfortunately to stay in Italy and he has since joined Fiorentina.
The 21-year-old was not Arsenal's only centre forward target though, and they are thought to be interested in Dominic Calvert-Lewin of Everton, Lille's Jonathan David and Real Sociedad forward Alexander Isak.
It is the latter deal that looks the most likely heading into deadline day, however, it should be said that Edu is in no mood to overspend.
Isak has a release clause that is reportedly in and around the £70million mark, and with just a day remaining of the transfer window, Arsenal are aware that their chances of negotiating that down are severely handicapped.
Instead it seems likely that they will move for a long term solution at striker in the summer and stick with Alexandre Lacazette, Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli as their forward options as they seek to secure Champions League football for the first time in half a decade.
