Four months after being trafficked, MP girl rescued from UP

BHOPAL: Nearly four months after a 17-year-old girl from Sidhi district was lured with a promise of job and sold to a man for Rs 70,000 police rescued her from Saharanpur in Uttar Pradesh.

Police have arrested two main accused— a woman named Fatima, 40, resident of Haryana who sold the girl and Basant, 33, a resident of Saharanpur in Haryana who purchased the girl.
