Four men were left with "cuts and lacerations" after a fight broke out in a pub car park following the Champions League final game between Liverpool and Real Madrid.
Police believe that around 10.20pm on Saturday, May 28, a fight broke out in the car park of Dovedale Towers pub on Penny Lane. During the fight four men were left with 'cuts and lacerations to their head and body' and taken to hospital, though the injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Merseyside Police are now investigating the incident and have appealed for witnesses who may have seen the incident from during their stay at the pub which they believe was busy at the time.

Detective Inspector Chris Hawitt said: "The incident happened following the end of last night’s Champions League Final game and we believe that the Dovedale would have been very busy at the time with potential witnesses.
