Four in a Bed viewers left disgusted after guest walks off set due to stained bed

Four in a Bed viewers were left in absolute disgust at the state of the hygiene at the Osterley Park Hotel in Isleworth - and the guests weren't much happier, as one even left early because of it!

Tuesday night's (March 22) episode of the Channel 4 series was set to be a drama-filled one, as Twitter users felt the vibes coming back in earlier episodes.

One Twitter user had said: "My mum says this weeks #fourinabed is looking like a beauty! #argybargy"

And they certainly weren't wrong, as it all kicked off at Sunny Pharroda and colleague Faraah Payenda's hotel in Isleworth.

Faraah said: "It is extremely difficult to look after and keep 78 rooms clean."

Sunny then said: "Yes, we put in lots of effort, and it's not perfect but we are trying to bring it up to a higher standard."

Digby was the first to spot some hygiene mistakes in his room, as he said: "The carpets filthy, there's polyfiller keeping the door handle on and the rest of the carpet is being held together by some staples.

"It's just not adequate for what they're expecting us to pay."

He was not only vocal on the show, but on Twitter, as the West Sussex B&B owner wrote on the social media site: "#fourinabed what the camera didn’t show", as he snapped some close-up photos of the state of his room at Osterley Park Hotel.

He also added: "And yes I am yellow trouser wearing t***. Lol #fourinabed"

Digby was outspoken on both the Channel 4 show and on Twitter! (Channel 4)

Other Twitter users were in agreement with Digby, and the other guests, as one user wrote: "Osterley park ,British public being ripped off again.

"Like one of the contenders said why did they enter the competition when they wasn't up to par. #FourInABed"

Another said: "#FourInABed Just had chance to catch up on today's programme. Osterly Park.....why, just why did they put themselves forward for this show? Online reviews are diabolical. I bet it was quite nice in 1962."

And a third said: "Osterley Park Hotel looks like the sort of place where they rent out rooms by the hour #fourinabed"

Digby did not hold back at dinner, as he questioned the standards of the hotel directly to Sunny and Faraah.

Digby said: "We are here judging their rooms, and based on the standards of their rooms, I don't know why they're here."

And as the rest of the guests tucked themselves into bed, Digby packed his things.

He added: "Based on the room, and the standards in the hotel in general, I think I'll find somewhere else to stay."

Four in a Bed continues on Channel 4 on Wednesday, March 23 at 5pm.
