The owners of The Lazy Pug Bed and Breakfast were far from impressed with their blistering feedback from guests.
During a recent episode of Four in a Bed, Ash and Rosie had been left convinced that their three guests would leave rave reviews and decide they'd want to return.
However, this was far from the case when the business owners went through their feedback after all parties had vacated the premises.
Guests included Lorraine and Kate who had been chosen to stay in the Dance Suite, priced at £120 per night.
Upon arrival, Kate chose to inspect the neon sign in the room before explaining: "Oh there it is, the dust, pretty but not practical."
But while the bathroom appeared up to scratch, Kate made a shocking revelation which left the couple absolutely horrified.
"Oh my God, I am guessing they are not your socks," she exclaimed as she pulled a pair out from behind a chair.
But Lorraine was also unimpressed as she said: "That shouldn't have been missed, I am disappointed."
Anthony and Tom who were staying in the Lazy Pug Suite which is charged at £140 per night said that the bedding was "Well ironed," before adding they were unable to fault it.
However, when Phil arrived to find himself staying in the £100 per night World Room he appeared to be impressed by the bed and the bedding, adding that it was "nicely ironed".
But his compliments ended there when he looked at the walls of the room, explaining: "It's a shame about this really, I don't like this wood. It doesn't feel clean and hygienic to me."
Following their sleep and morning at the bed and breakfast, all three guests were tasked with sharing their honest feedback.
But while they have the two hosts a perfect 10 out of 10 for their hosting abilities, they weren't so generous when it came to rating the facilities of the property.
Having awarded the B&B a five, Lorraine and Kate penned: "Dirty glass and spoon. Dust issues around the toilet and neon light. Dusty sock by the chair, shame."
While Phil who scored a six added: "Wood in the bedroom unfinished. Wood in toilet is unhygienic and probably dangerous to kids."
Elsewhere, Anthony and Tom wrote: "Not my cup of tea. Neon lights too bright and offensive."
But Ash wasn't amused and hit back: "More than enough facilities. I would not say offensive, and they are neon lights, they are neon and bright what do you expect? They are slightly old-fashioned comments.
"I am really disappointed with that, genuinely gutted."
While Rosie went on to say: "A little bit dramatic and a little bit nit-picky, I can't believe we have three no's, perhaps we have been a little bit naïve.
"We actually thought everyone was friends with us but we need to take this more seriously, it is a competition."
