Formula One gathers to pay respect to the Queen as Lewis Hamilton reflects on ‘symbol of hope’

Formula One held a minute’s silence ahead of the practice sessions at the Italian Grand Prix as a mark of respect following the death of Her Majesty the Queen.

There will likely be further tributes across the weekend in Monza, though no confirmation has yet been released.
