The former managing director of Xerox Ireland is to lead a new IT solutions and document technology company in Belfast as part of a £1.8 million investment over the next three years.
Innovative Workplace Solutions (IWS) has opened new offices on the city’s Heron Road and managing director Mark McPhillips said the business will have a workforce of 11 by the end of this year. It is owned by Cork-based print business National Business Machines and works as a premier partner of Xerox products and services.
“Our focus is on helping organisations work smarter, more efficiently and more effectively through the deployment of innovative IT services and workplace technology solutions,” Mr McPhillips said. “We talk about creating ‘the workspace of tomorrow’ through innovative technology.”
