The ECHO has taken a look inside a former pub on the market with the potential to be transformed into a nine-bed home.
The Village Inn on High Street in Skelmersdale is understood to have closed down last year, with the interior remaining largely untouched since the final pint was poured.
The huge, double-fronted white building is now on the market with Nationwide Business Sales (NBS) for offers over £225,000 on a freehold basis.

It spans more than 4,250 sq ft, has four entrances, two staircases and ample car parking.
The interior looks untouched from the building's use as a local watering hole. The pub closed its doors for good in April 2022.
Stools are still propping up the bar with glasses neatly stacked overhead.
While the sports memorabilia which once adorned the walls is long gone, the floor to ceiling Everton and Liverpool murals remain in tact, along with a number of mid-century tables, upholstered benches, a log burner and other piece of furniture.
The NBS listing said the former pub could "be suitable for a development of up to three houses or six flats", subject to planning permission. There is also the potential for a nine-bed house of multiple occupation (HMO) with the "opportunity to expand further".
It added that the "property is in a fantastic location" with "easy access to the local motorway network".
The Village Inn has occupied the plot on High Street for many years and was once known as The Alexandra.
According to NBS, overhauling the site for residential use could lead to a gross development value (GDV) of £500,000.
