Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is reportedly challenging Thames Valley Police over the warrants used to search his homes following his arrest earlier this year.
The former Duke of York has been granted permission to seek a judicial review, according to The Telegraph. The case will look at whether the police searches at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate and Royal Lodge in Windsor were carried out lawfully.
