Former President Donald Trump made a public appearance at the Pittsburgh Steelers vs. New York Jets football game in Pittsburgh over the weekend. Trump was seen seated in a box, where he acknowledged the crowd by standing up and waving at them. Accompanying him was Republican Sen. John Barrasso of Wyoming.
This is not the first time the former president has attended football games in key battleground states like Pennsylvania. Just last month, he was present at a high-profile Alabama-Georgia college game in Georgia.
Interestingly, the Jets' quarterback for the game was Aaron Rodgers, who is known to be an ally of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Rodgers was once considered a potential running mate for Kennedy Jr., who ran as an independent candidate. It is worth noting that Kennedy Jr. has since endorsed Trump for the presidency.
