Former political rivals band together on gender parity

Former political opponents will cast aside their differences to form a landmark national political advisory board aimed at increasing gender parity in public office.

Women for Election, a non-partisan organisation, has brought 11 cross-party leaders, including former ministers, party presidents and independents, together to form a political advisory board.
