A former priest who used a “culture of fear” to sexually abuse women while leader of Christian movement the Nine O’Clock Service (NOS) has been found guilty of rape and four indecent assaults.
Christopher Brain, 69, wielded great power as the head of the Sheffield-based evangelical movement, a part of the Church of England, between 1986 and 1995.
