Former New Look chairman and Matalan CEO joins Boohoo

Boohoo Matalan New Look JD Sports

A former chairman of New Look and chief executive of Matalan has joined Boohoo.

Alistair McGeorge has become an independent non-executive director at the Manchester-headquartered fashion giant.

He also succeeds Brian Small as its deputy chairman and is to act as chairman of the audit committee for an interim period.
