A former Metropolitan Police officer has been charged with sexual activity with a child and voyeurism.
Lee Hargrave, 48, is due to appear in court where he will face a number of offences, including one count of sexual activity with a child, Surrey Police said on Thursday.
The incident allegedly happened between February 2021 and July last year.
Hargrave also faces a charge of sexual assault of a child under 13 - the same child - between February 2020 and February 2021.
He faces a number of other charges in relation to the same person.
They include two counts of voyeurism and two counts of making indecent images of children. All these incidents are alleged to have happened between November 2020 and July 2023.
Hargrave has also been charged with one count of possession of an extreme image on or before July 5 last year. That image does not relate to the same person.Hargrave, of Egham in Surrey, was due to appear at Staines Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
It is not clear when Hargrave served for, or left the Met police.
The force has been approached for a comment.
