Richard Dunne has backed Wolves' Nathan Collins to make a move to either Manchester City or United in the future, with the centre-back having made his debut for the Molineux side on Saturday after signing from Burnley.
Former City captain Dunne has followed the progress of the 21-year-old closely, with Collins becoming the most expensive Irish player in history following his move to Molineux. He made his international debut last year and looks set to make a place in the starting XI his own for years to come with six caps to his name.
Starting out at Stoke City before a move to the Premier League with Burnley last season, he earned a move to Wolves with impressive performances at Turf Moor last season. The defender also scored a stunning goal for his country against Ukraine in the Nations League.

Dunne was speaking on Premier Sports during Saturday afternoon's coverage of the Premier League, and he tipped his compatriot to make another big move in the coming years.
"From what I've seen of him, at the end of last season and this summer with the international team, I thought he was fantastic," he said. "It's a really good move for him. It has been rapid, his whole rise from being captain of Stoke, at a young age, then his move to Burnley and now this move to Wolves. He will make mistakes along the way, but he's got that potential.
"If he keeps progressing as he has done, over the last while, there's a big opportunity for him. The bigger clubs - the likes of Man City and Man United - will all be looking at him, this season. The form he showed for Ireland at international level last season was outstanding.
"You don't want to put too much pressure on him too soon, but he has the potential to go to one of the bigger clubs in English football."
